Optimalizace výrobní buňky 1840

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with optimization of manufacturing cells 1840, which is the workplace of Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc. Honeywell Aerospace Company specializes in thermally stressed parts of aircraft engines. After theoretical introduction of the topic, we try to identify critical components on manufacturing cells 1840, to chart their product flow, to enroll time of manufacturing operations and setup time. We had target to suggest an optimization of manufacturing cells 1840. There are five attachments with scheme of cells 1840 with destcription of workplaces and scheme of manufacturing flow of four products.
