Komplexní zkoušky nízkonapěťových asynchronních elektromotorů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá komplexními zkouškami nízkonapěťových asynchronních elektromotorů, které jsou potřebné k prokázání jejich vlastností při osazení různými ložisky. Práce se ve svém úvodu zabývá konstrukcí elektromotorů společně s jejich využitím pro technickou praxi a představením výrobce elektromotorů společností Siemens elektromotory o.z. Mohelnice, kde jsou měření prováděna. Praktická část diplomové práce se bude zabývat veškerými zkouškami elektromotorů, které jsou nutné k prokázání vlastností elektromotorů, které jsou osazeny různými ložisky, jako je měření vibrací, hluku, měření vnitřních teplot, účinnosti a ztrát. V závěrečné části diplomové práce bude uvedeno zhodnocení těchto zkoušek a celkové vyhodnocení všech naměřených dat.

The master thesis deals with the complex testing of low-voltage asynchronous motors which are required to prove their properties when equiped with the different bearings. The master thesis deals with intdoduction of construction asynchronous motors together with their use for the technicle practice and introduction of producer elektromotors companies Siemens elektromotory o.z. Mohelnice, wherein the measurements are made. The practicle part of masters thesis will deal with all tests, that are required demonstrate the properties of electromotors, which are mounted the different bearings, such as measurement noise,measuring internal temperatures and effcinecy and all loseses. In the final part of master thesis will describe the evaulation of these tests and the overall evaulation of all measured data.
