Abstract
The diplom a the sis deal swith The analysis of the servic ability of business customers at the telecommunication operator. In the theoretical part I describe the theoretical basis of servic eability and brief characteristics of selected company. In the practical part, them ethodology of service measurement is performed, as well as the service ability analysis where all the data are processed and described. In the last part, after evaluating all the data, possible improvements are suggested and recommended.
