Analýza obslužnosti business zákazníků u telekomunikačního operátora

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou obslužnosti business zákazníků u telekomunikačního operátora. V teoretické části popisuji teoretická východiska obslužnosti a stručnou charakteristiku vybrané společnosti. V praktické části je provedena metodika měření obslužnosti, dále analýza obslužnosti, kde jsou všechny údaje zpracovány a popsány. V poslední části po zhodnocení veškerých údajů, jsou navrženy a doporučeny možná opatření pro zlepšení.

In the theoretical part I describe the theoretical basis of servic eability and brief characteristics of selected company. In the practical part, them ethodology of service measurement is performed, as well as the service ability analysis where all the data are processed and described. In the last part, after evaluating all the data, possible improvements are suggested and recommended.
