dc.description.abstractPředmětem mé diplomové práce je strategická analýza konkurenčního okolí společnosti HON a.s. Teoretická část se věnuje marketingovým informacím, strategické analýze a nástrojům strategické analýzy. Dále jsou popsány strategické scénáře. V druhé části, která je zaměřena na praxi je provedena vlastní analýza vnitřního prostředí firmy a externí analýza jejího konkurenčního prostředí. Na základě získaných informací z předešlých analýz je vypracována strategie pro další rozvoj společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstractThe subject of my thesis is the strategic analysis of the competitive area of HON a.s.. The theoretical part is concerned with marketing information, strategic analysis and conditions of strategic analysis. The following describes the strategic scenarios. In the second part, which is focused on the practice is perform in the analysis of the internal environment of the company and external analysis of the competitive environment. Based on the information obtained from the previous analysis is a strategy for further development of the company.en
