Abstract
This thesis deals with energy use of biogas by KJ at the WWTP Bystrice pod Hostýnem. In the introduction is the basic description of the wastewater treatment plant, including the possibility of using waste as energy sources. In another part are then made the calculations to KJ in two options, with a combustion engine and micro turbine combustion, resulting in the suitable choice of wastewater treatment plant in Bystrice pod Hostýnem. The basis for calculations are the specific balance values of the WWTP Bystrice pod Hostýnem. Of the heat output piped by cooling and power in the flue gas is carried out a calculation and the proposal of counter flow heat exchanger water-to-water and flue gas-to-water, including the engineering design. In conclusion of the thesis is stated a comparison of the combined production of electricity and heat with separate production, as well as an environmental assessment in relation to CO2 emissions.
