Abstract

This diploma thesis aims design of compression fixator for bones fractures, which is using during knee surgery. Based on theoretical and practical knowledge are proposed four design solutions. Each variant has mentioned advantages and disadvantages. The best option of these three designs of compression fixators for practice were performed by the strength calculations. Strength analysis was performed using by finite element method. The design meets the requirements for medical supplies for repeatedly using. The thesis aims were achieved and after other necessary testing could be this compression fixator used for medical operations.
