Drtič obilovin a suchých zbytků pečiva a kostí

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem drtiče určeného k drcení obilovin, suchých zbytků pečiva a kostí. Úvodní část je věnovaná popisu technologie drcení, její způsoby a význam. Dále pak drtícím strojům, jak všeobecným, tak konkrétně kladivovým drtičům v různém odvětví. Následuje konstrukční část s výběrem optimální varianty drtiče a popisem stavební struktury. Po této části práce pokračuje základními výpočty drtiče a některých jeho částí. Závěr shrnuje předešlý postup a vysvětluje některé konstrukční prvky.

This thesis deals with the structural design crusher designed to crush cereal, dry crumbs and bones. The first part is devoted to the description of the grinding technology, its methods and meaning. Furthermore, crushing machines, both generally and specifically hammer crushers in various industries. The following is a component to select the optimal crusher and description of the building structure. After this part continues the basic calculations crusher and some of its parts. The conclusion summarizes the previous procedure and explains some of the design elements.
