Optimalizace převodovky Honda 350 XL

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá pevnostní optimalizací poruchových komponentů převodovky Honda XL 350 typ K1, při použití převodovky v upraveném motoru s větším výkonem. V úvodu je stručně popsána funkce převodovek a nastíněna problematika práce. Dále je proveden podrobný rozbor převodovky Honda XL 350 typ K1, popsána konstrukce převodovky, provedeny pevnostní analýzy poruchových komponentů a identifikována příčina poruchy převodovky. Na základě provedených pevnostních analýz se dále bakalářská práce zabývá konstrukčními úpravami poruchových komponentů, s cílem navrhnout konstrukční úpravu pro odstranění poruchovosti převodovky.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the strength optimization of the failure components of the Honda XL 350 type K1 gearbox, when using the gearbox in a modified engine with greater power. In the introduction, the function of gearboxes is briefly described and the issues of the work are outlined. Furthermore, a detailed analysis of the Honda XL 350 type K1 gearbox is carried out, the construction of the gearbox is described, strength analyzes of the faulty components are carried out and the cause of the gearbox failure is identified. On the basis of the performed strength analyses, the bachelor's thesis also deals with structural modifications of failure components, with the aim of proposing a structural modification to eliminate the failure of the gearbox.
