Abstract
This thesis was an analysis of tender and the number of registered participants. The aim was to define the procedure for selecting employees in the Regional office of the Region per year 2005-2009. The work was divided into 3 chapters. The first part is dedicated to the pulic and dressing personal issues. Another part focuses on the characterization of the selected institutions, which it has applied the objective being pursued. The next part contains its own analysis of the situation within five years The fourth chapter contains its own analysis of the situation within five years back.
