Abstract
The bachelor thesis consists of six chapters. Chapter One introduces the topic. Chapter Two generally characterizes public administration, Chapter Three is concerned with motivation factors, Chapter Four contains a questionnaire investigation and an analysis of its findings. The questionnaire investigation was realized at the Municipal Office of the town Jirkov.
The Summary of this bachelor thesis brings suggestions and arrangements based on the results of the questionnaire investigation.
