Odměňování v organizaci

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the remuneration within the company. The aim is to analyze current system of remuneration in the organization and subsequent proposals and recommendations for management of the given company. The theory related to the chosen issues is defined in the introductory parts. Then there is characteristic of the give company for which the analysis of remuneration system will be done. On the basis of this analysis and questionnaires, possible solutions to improve current system of remuneration in the company will be proposed.
