Abstract
The subject of this thesis is a proposal to improve the system of evaluation and remuneration in selected companies Sven car Ltd. A properly tuned system evaluation and remuneration of the employees are motivated to higher productivity and quality of work.
The aim of this work is based on theoretical knowledge, as defined in the first part, evaluate and analyze the current system of evaluation and remuneration in the second and devise a system of evaluation and remuneration that is understandable and lead to better job performance
