Abstract

Abstract The Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of business competitiveness of the company AMEREX trade s.r.o. which effects the company´s development and its position in the market with gastronomic equipment. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first theoretical part characterizes business competitiveness, business environment and describes analysis applied for evaluation and measurement of business competitiveness. The second part characterizes the company and provides basic facts about AMEREX trade s.r.o., informs about its history and specialization. The third part evaluates negotiating power of customers and suppliers and enumerates the main competitive firms. Based on a questionnaire customers´ satisfaction with provided services and approach of the company´s staff is evaluated.The final part summarizes acquired knowledge and it states some recommendations.
