Studie proveditelnosti automatizace lepení permanentních magnetů na rotorové pakety

Abstract

The thesis focuses on finding a solution for automating the process of bonding permanent magnets to rotor packages. First, the current state of manual bonding is described. The research part of the thesis is then devoted to the possibilities of automation of partial operations, which are compared in terms of meeting the set objectives. Based on the requirement sheet and the workstation diagram, non-standard design nodes such as the effector, magnetic feeder and rotary positioner are identified. The practical part focuses on the development of the effector, initial iterations of which are fabricated and tested on an industrial robot. This is followed by an introduction of the robotic workstation concept and a description of the automated process. The design of the proposed peripherals and their functions are described. An automatic adhesive dispensing system is selected and the maximum load on the robot flange is calculated. The parameters of the proposed automation are compared with the requirements, thus confirming the feasibility of automation by the chosen methods.
