This thesis deals with the solution of monitoring and autonomous maintenance, where the main principle is the involvement of production machinery operators and not only them, but all employees in the basic maintenance steps machines and workstations, along with subsequent collection of information about the enforcement. These basic steps can achieve extending the life of the machine. In the thesis I present possible targets, plans, implementation methods, the possible benefits of preventive measures and methods applied to the topic. The work will be used as a guide to get basic ideas about methods, that could be used to improve the management of their own property or assets of manufacturing companies.
