Abstract
The aim of my diploma work was to compare machines for the production of turned VBD cutter holders from the company Pramet Tools s.r.o. Šumperk. At the present time these cutters are turned on solid carbide lathes and are produced on a 5-axis CNC milling centre MERMLE C30-U.
