Abstract

This thesis deals with the description of the flue gas denitrification Recovery Boiler method selective non-catalytic reduction. In the introductory section describes the mechanisms of NOx in large combustion plants, including environmental impacts, emission limits and description of available technologies to eliminate them. The following is a description of the boiler unit complexity in the context of its own operation and denitrification facilities. In the final section described experimental measurements for boiler operation and documented the effectiveness of the device.
