Abstract

The thesis is about the design of hydraulic unit for the drive of cutting press machine of sections. The first part describes using of sections in industry and the way of producing of perforated sections. Then the technology of perforation, cutting press power and the description of some cutting press machines are described. The next part shows possibilities of solving hydraulic circuit and then there are hydraulic and thermal computations of the circuit. The suggested components are enclosed in the specification of components in the supplement of the thesis. The design for operation and maintenance descries working of the machine. The supplements consist of the design of the hydraulic unit with fragmentation, the scheme of circuit, engine document, the design of the tank lid, specification of components and the process of cutting press of sections.
