Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a wood log splitter for a wood processing company. It is a very specific wood log splitter for large diameters of wood logs. Firstly, the thesis provides an overview of the current state and requirements of the wood processing company. The thesis further describes possible solution variants, from which the most suitable variant was selected. The most suitable variant has been described in detail and supplemented with necessary calculations and selected drawings.
