Konstrukční návrhy efektorů průmyslových robotů

Abstract

Master thesis deals with the design of robot effectors operating the process of gradual forming. In the introduction, a detailed analysis of the workplace is performed, on the basis of which a request list is created. According to the requirements a search of suitable effector constructions is performed. Four design variants are created based on research. After comparison and selection, the most suitable variant is detailed. Correct function of the effectors is tested at the model workplace. Work finishes with economic evaluation. Part of the appendices of the master thesis is drawing documentation with effector models.
