Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with mathematical simulations of continuous extrusion of circular cross-section sample of Al alloy on a prototype device DRECE in Simufact.forming program. In the first part of the work was performed background research of most often programs used for mathematical simulation of bulk forming. The next section shows the main forming simulation in software Simufact.forming. The practical part of work is aimed on mathematical simulation of forming process focused on the influence of geometry tools on the intensity of stress and intensity of deformation. These findings are further used for the analysis of influence number of passes through the DRECE equipment on the magnitude of the deformation and stress intensity. In the conclusion of work was performed the experiment, whose results were compared with values obtained by mathematical simulation.
