Abstract
The diploma thesis deal with evaluation of suitable geometry of wiper insert for planar milling. The First part of diploma thesis describes introduction of given issues, parameters of surface roughness, measurement of surface roughness, analysis and production of wiper insert for planar milling. The main part of diploma thesis focuses on produced prototypes of wiper inserts with decsription of standard assortment of milling cutters Penta HD and introductory part of the experimental tests for wiper inserts. In the final part of diploma thesis are elaborated and described functional tests of prototypes of wiper inserts with focuses on surface roughness parametrs and durability of tools. At the end the diploma thesis belong to describe implementation and evaluation of functional and durability tests with follow-up economic summaries of produced prototypes.
