Návrh technologie výroby segmentu nástroje drtiče zápustkovým kováním

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the design and verification of the production of a segment of a crusher tool using drop forging. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the definition of drop forging and the description of the manufacturing process using this technology is given. Based on this, the shape of the forging is then designed according to the drawings. The technological process of production is then determined. Finally, this design is verified by numerical simulation, specifically by the Finite Element Method (FEM). The results and evaluation of the work are presented in the final part of the thesis.
