Návrh progresivní technologie výroby měděného kontaktu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá výrobou – měděného kontaktu. V první řadě je charakterizován vybraný podnik MEP Postřelmov a.s, na začátku práce jsou popsány neželezné kovy a jejich slitiny, obrobitelnost neželezných kovů a slitin. Rozebírání stávající technologie a navrhování nové technologie pro obrábění měděného kontaktu na CNC obráběcím centru. Dále se uvádějí nové nástroje s určováním řezných podmínek. Výhodou obráběcího centra je snížení nákladů a tím i výrobního času. V závěru jsou obě ty to technologie srovnány technicko – ekonomicky.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on production of cooper contact. At first, there is characteristics of company MEP Postřelmov a.s., description of non-ferrous metals and their alloys and machining of non-ferrous metals and alloys. Next part of thesis describes present technologies and designed new technologies for cooper contact machining on a CNC machining centre. Than there are new tools with determining of cutting conditions. The advantage of this machining center is the cost and time reduction. In the end of the thesis are both of this technologies compared in technological and economical point of view.
