Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with innovation of diagnostics applied to hydraulic pumps. It deals with innovation solely in the field of vibrodiagnostics and it includes the evaluation of current state with both manners of vibrodiagnostics. In the introduction there are described individual diagnostic methods, which I used to evaluate the technical state of the pumps. I have done overall recherche of present state from traceable technical parameters of motors and pumps to diagnostics used to monitor individual devices. Next, I described both vibrodiagnostic methods and evaluated their pros and cons, from their applications to the evaluation of outcomes at observed motors and pumps. At the final phase I compared both vibrodiagnostic methods and then I wrote my own vision of future company diagnostics.
