Měření zbytkových napětí v plastech rozřezávací metodou

Abstract

This thesis deals with the measurement of residual stresses in plastic components using Separation methods. In the introduction is discussed the problem of residual stresses in components. The next are methods suitable for determining residual stresses in plastics and basic technology of polymer processing. The experiment is applied to a plastic tube, which is solved by the distribution of residual stress in the wall. It was examined hoop and axial stress. The residual stress is analytically imputed from experimental data. The experimental results are compared with numerical calculation made by FEM.
