Testování VBD pro extrémní řezné rychlosti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce zkoumá chování vyměnitelných břitových destiček firmy Pramet Tools s.r.o. při extrémně nízkých řezných rychlostech.Požadavek na tento výzkum vznikl od odběratelů VBD firmy Pramet, jejichž stroje nedosahují požadované kvality, aby se dostali do oblasti optimálních řezných podmínek. Výzkum byl prováděn především experimentálně na strojích vysoké kvality firmy Pramet. Experimenty vychází z teoretických znalostí chování VBD ze slinutých karbidů při optimálních řezných rychlostech. Během zkoumání bylo zjištěno mnoho překvapivých poznatků, výsledky experimentů byly výrazně odlišné od očekávání.

Bachelor thesis examines the behavior of indexable inserts from Pramet Tools s.r.o. company at extremely low cutting speeds. The request for this research came from customers of inserts from Pramet companies whose machines do not reach the required quality to get at optimum cutting conditions. The research was primarily carried out experimentally on the machines of high quality in Pramet. Experiments are based on the theoretical knowledge about behavior of cemented carbide inserts at optimum cutting speeds. There were found many surprising findings during the examination, the experimental results were significantly different from expectations.
