Analýza účinnosti aplikace metody 8D u výrobce komponent chladičů autobilových motorů.

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is consideration of 8D report efficiency based on analysis of revealed discrepancies in 8D reports application and proposal of solution to prevent repetition of this kind of failures. A theoretical part of this study focuses on tools for permanent quality improvement and problem solving in quality management. A practical part of study mainly shows company’s products portfolio and 8D reports system. The key part of this thesis is the complaint analysis for two projects and actions to prevent repetition of the problems occurrence.
