Racionalizace výroby napínáků ve firmě STALMET CZ, s.r.o.

Abstract

The aim of my diploma paper is rationalization of a Turnbuckles production ,Turnbuckles are made at the STALMET CZ, s.r.o. company.My work is divided into a theoretical and practical part.The theoretical part focuses on approaches and methods,which are used in rationalization of the production.In the practical part ,the deficiencies are recognized,by means of these methods and subsequently evaluated.On the basis of results,solutions that eliminate the deficiencies are suggested.
