Nepřímý způsob on-line měření kvality povrchu pomocí akustické emise

Abstract

This thesis deals with the indirect method on-line measurement of surface quality using acoustic emission. In the introductory part of the thesis the development and theoretical knowledge of the technology hydroabrasive machining is described. The following chapter is devoted to the experiment. At the beginning of the research is to introduce the technological parameters of the experiment, software programs and the actual breakdown of the samples. Top of research work focuses on acoustic emission waveforms in the other experimental samples to compare and evaluate the stability of the cutting process. Another section contains the FFT spectrum analysis, where they seek periodic increases or decreases in amplitude. Graphical analysis of the present work, first examine the significance of factors affecting the measured value and display and compare the median value and the Peak to Peak in the individual sections for the given process parameters. The result is a polynomial regression Procedure 4 and subsequent control equations, which can be applied in the process of on-line control.
