Racionalizace pracoviště tažení monokrystalů

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of rationalization of the workplace with a multi-machine service. The introductory, theoretical part provides general information about the rationalization process and the classification of time consumption. The second part describes the technology of silicon single crystal production and its industrial use. The Onsemi concern and the company ON Semiconductor Czech Republic s.r.o., and the single-crystal drawing workplace are also introduced. Subsequently, the employment of operators is analyzed and verified by moment observation using an analytical calculation method, and the optimal number of machines operated by one operator is determined. The next part identifies the shortcomings of the current organization of work, the measures to eliminate the shortcomings are proposed and the benefits of the proposed measures are evaluated with respect to labor savings.
