Abstract

The aim of my thesis is to determine how relationship marketing can be applied in the company. The first chapter is focused on defining what is marketing. At its foundation, tools and marketing mix. The next chapter deals with various concepts of marketing. The third chapter describes what is relationship marketing, CRM and loyalty customer and how to keep him.
