Analýza systému odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců společnosti v oblasti vodního hospodářství

Abstract

The goal of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze the current system of employee remuneration and motivation in a selected company using theoretical and methodological foundations. The methods used in the thesis are questionnaire survey, financial analysis, guided interview, McGregor's X-Y Theory, PEST analysis and SWOT analysis. The thesis identified several proposals for improvement, including: improved communication and information flow, suggestion and complaint box, continuous feedback to employees, gifts for years of service, flexible remuneration system, cafeteria system, higher salary for further education, home office for various positions and greater focus on individual rewards.
