Hodnocení efektivnosti investičního záměru firmy

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá metodami hodnocení efektivnosti investičních projektů. V úvodu je představena problematika hodnocení investičních projektů, jednotlivé metody a základní termíny.

V další části je představena firma a projekt z praxe, na který jsou aplikovány vybrané metody hodnocení. Ty jsou následně použity v několika modifikacích, s ohledem na riziko a způsob zajištění veřejných zdrojů. Výsledky finanční analýzy jsou následně interpretovány a shrnuty v závěrečných částech práce.

Master thesis is dealing with methods for evaluation of effeciency of investment projects. The introduction describes area of evaluation of investment projects, particular methods and basic therms.

In the next part there is an introduction of a company and a project from praxis, on which are selected methods of evaluation applicated. Afterwards, those methods are used in some modifications, regarding the risk aspects and a way of using the public sources. The results of the financial analysis are then interpreted and summarized in the last parts of the thesis.
