Aplikace principů organizační adaptace ve vybrané průmyslové organizaci

Abstract

V teoretické části své diplomové práce se zaměřuji na osvětlení principů organizační adaptace. Zkoumané oblasti jsou vize společnosti, orientace na zákazníka, týmové rozhodování, výkonnostní ukazatele, výkonnost zaměstnanců, strategické plánování a variabilita struktur organizace. Druhá část obsahuje přehled informací o společnosti EKOSTAV – MORAVIA a.s. V této části jsou obsaženy informace o historii společnosti, předmětech její činnosti, organizační struktuře atd. Analytická část zkoumá aspekty nutné pro srovnání reálné situace v organizaci a teoretických východisek, jež jsou popsány v teoretické části. Na toto navazuje srovnání teorie a praktických pochodů v organizaci. V poslední části se snažím navrhnout opatření, která by mohla pozitivně vylepšit schopnost zvolené organizace úspěšně se vypořádávat se změnami prostředí.

In the theoretical part of my thesis I am focusing on the background of explanation of organization adaptation princiiples. Area sof research are organization vision, customer focusing, team desicion making abilities, performance indicators, employee performance, strategy planning and organization structure variability. The second part contains a summary of information on EKOSTAV – MORAVIA a.s. This section contained information about company history, business activities, organizational structure etc. Analysis examines the aspects necessary for fair comparison of the situation in the organization and the theoretical background, as described in the theoretical part. In this follow-up comparison of theory and practical processes in the organization. In the last part I try to propose measures that could positively improve the management of selected organization.
