Abstract

This thesis deals with technical diagnostics dry vane vacuum pumps and side channel blowers. Initial chapters describe the principles of operation and dedicated to the analysis of the construction of these facilities. Other chapters deal with maintenance work and technical diagnostics applied to vacuum pumps and blowers. Although the condition detected by the methods of technical diagnostics seemed steady, sometimes there were sudden accidents. To reveal the causes of these accidents were analyzed broken pumps and blowers.
