Povinnosti zaměstnavatele v nemocenském pojištění a při dočasné pracovní neschopnosti zaměstnanců

Abstract

In this thesis I dealt with the obligations of employers related the health insurance and temporary disablement of employees. I focused on the evaluation of Act No. 187/2006 Coll., on health insurance, which was effective from 1. 1. 2009, identified its problem areas and I proposed measures to improve the current situation. First, I focused on stated topic from a theoretical view. I presented theoretical information about the social insurance, health insurance and temporary disablement and an overview of the changes that have occurred by replacing Law No. 54/1956 Coll., on health insurance. From this information came out in the next chapter, in which analyzed the stated topic at a specific company. This company is a joint stock company UNEX based in Uničov. At this company I analyzed obligations of an employer in health insurance and temporary disability of the workers, evaluated an impact of current system of health insurance and suggested methods of improvement that would help both employers and employees working in similar companies.
