Komplexní diagnostika šroubových kompresorů

Abstract

The research focuses on the application of multiparametric diagnostic methods for monitoring of the technical status of six screw compressor units. Its primary objective is to conduct a comprehensive qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the unit's technical condition, alongside proposing potential remedial actions or interventions aimed at optimizing operational reliability and efficiency. To achieve these goals, a wide range of analytical tools and methods are used, including vibration analysis, thermal mapping, analysis of service oil and ultrasonic diagnostics. Detailed examination of each compressor allows for the identification of potential issues and the anticipation of their future development. This approach reduces the risk of unplanned outages and extends the lifespan of compressors, directly impacting the overall reliability and productivity of the equipment.
