Abstract

Diploma thesis on the subject of human resource management in selected company is based primarily on the theoretical background of HR activities, such as procurement and personnel selection, adaptation, evaluation, remuneration and training of staff in the organization. In the practical part of the work occurs to description the current status of these activities in selected company and at the same time to ascertain the views and perceptions of the company employees to this issue in the form of an anonymous questionnaire method. On the basis of recorded information will be set out proposals and recommendations which should serve to optimize the process of human resources management.
