Abstract
The goal of this thesis is to process results of spirometry tests from the Department of Occupational and Preventive Medicine-University Hospital Ostrava. In this sample, there are included examinations of patients from the last 12 years. The task is to answer questions that are presented in the written interpretation. Solving those issues are based on single-factor and two-factor ANOVA, Nash-Sutliffe coefficient and multiple linear regression. Software tools such as MS Excel 2007 and Statgraphics plus 5.0 trial are used in this thesis.
