Matematický model fyziologických spirometrických parametrů

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je zpracovat výsledky spirometrického vyšetření z Kliniky pracovního a preventivního lékařství Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava. V tomto výběru jsou zahrnuta vyšetření pacientů za posledních 12 let. Úkolem je zodpovědět otázky, které jsou uvedeny v průběhu psaného výkladu. Řešení jednotlivých otázek je založeno na jednofaktorové a dvoufaktorové ANOVĚ, Nash-Sutliffově koeficientu a vícenásobné lineární regresi. V práci jsou použity programové nástroje MS Excel 2007 a Statgraphics plus 5.0 trial.

The goal of this thesis is to process results of spirometry tests from the Department of Occupational and Preventive Medicine-University Hospital Ostrava. In this sample, there are included examinations of patients from the last 12 years. The task is to answer questions that are presented in the written interpretation. Solving those issues are based on single-factor and two-factor ANOVA, Nash-Sutliffe coefficient and multiple linear regression. Software tools such as MS Excel 2007 and Statgraphics plus 5.0 trial are used in this thesis.
