Abstract
Master thesis is engaged in problematics of coagulation simulating of human liver. Essential effect is incurred electromagnetic field round about electrodes. Theory of properties liver tissue is brought in introduction, numerical description of electromagnetic field of electrodes is following. Base on acquried knowledge and useful information about constituion of liver tissue is implemented mentioned simulation of coagulation. Master thesis should be benefit for nearer behaviour research liver tissue and then for optimalization acceptable instrument intended to coagulation.
