Konstrukční návrh válečku pro dálkovou pásovou dopravu

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is structural design of roller for long-distance belt conveyors for conveyor belt width 1800 mm, whose barrel shell will be made of plastic. The introduction is an overview of the rollers in long-distance belt transport in mining company. Information about design elements of existing rollers, which are partly used to own the design, follows. According to the specification and on the basis of consideration loading of the conveyor was verified by use of roller or sliding bearings. Basic strength calculations of rollers with metal even plastic barrel shell have been performed. On the attached drawing is detailed design to ensure of the roller end in the barrel shell of plastic roller.
