Abstract

This thesis deals with issues of alternative propulsions and alternative fuels for combustion engines. Beginning of thesis focuses on specification of alternative propulsions and fuels, their pros and cons. Subsequently, the thesis deals with the economic and technical comparison. In economic comparison are compared car prices and the cost of driving. In technical comparison are cars and fuels compared according to the carbon dioxide emissions.
