Pracoviště pro generální opravy disků podvozkových kol

Abstract

Obsahem bakalářské práce je bližší seznámení s konstrukci disku podvozkových kol a to především s disky letounu typu B - 737, SAAB - 340, L – 410. Práce dále obsahuje analýzu nejčastějších poruch, přehled způsobu jejích odhalení a následný návrh pracoviště pro GO. V úvodní části práce, je stručný přehled základní konstrukční části podvozkových disku s popisem jejích funkce. Následná část bakalářské práce obsahuje podrobnější popis TP pro GO disku. Na tuto kapitolu navazuje důkladný rozbor jednotlivých části TP s návrhem potřebných technických prostředku pro jejich vykonání. V práci je současně proveden návrh pracoviště pro GO podvozkových disku a to s ohledem na hangárové prostory firmy CEAM, včetně provedení analýzy. V závěrné části práce je návrh optimálního uspořádání pracoviště, s ohledem na technické vybavení.

The content of this work is more familiar with the construction of the drive wheels and discs, especially with aircraft type B - 737 Series, Saab - 340, L - 410 The work also includes analysis of the most common disorders, overview of the manner of its discovery, the design work for the GO. The introductory section is a brief overview of the basic components of bogie drive with a description of its function. The subsequent part of the paper contains a detailed description of the TP for the GO drive. In this chapter followed by a thorough analysis of the TP with the proposal of necessary technical means for their execution. The work is also done design work for the overhaul landing gear and drive it from the view of the hangar space CEAM companies, including analysis. The closing section is an optimal design of the workplace with regard to technical equipment.
