Abstract
Bachelor thesis is engaged in resolution of tenseness and deformation of formative extract of sheetmetal. It is concerned with capping stript of automatic door by company HOBES, Ltd, Horní Benešov. In introduction it is described current technology of extract production. After that follows experimental evaluation of used metal plate formability. Shape and size of blanks were constructed with three methods (ČSN 22 7303 method, maximum shear stress line method and methods using BSE module in computer programme DYNAFORM 5.2) and subsequently collated. On the basis of outcome was performed final proposal of production technology and economic analysis, on what number of pieces is new production method paying off.
