Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti dopravního podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti dopravního podniku, který se zaměřuje na nákladní kamionovou dopravu. V úvodní části jsou vymezeny pojmy týkající se malých podniků, konkurence a konkurenceschopnosti, dále jsou zde charakterizovány postupy a metody pro analýzu vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí podniku. V další části je charakterizován konkrétní dopravní podnik a jsou zde také zpracovány jednotlivé metody pro analýzu vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí firmy, mezi které patří Porterovu metodu pěti konkurenčních sil, SWOT analýzu, finanční analýzu a Pollakovu metodu. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení úrovně konkurenceschopnosti malé společnosti a navržení strategie pro zajištění konkurenceschopnosti podniku do budoucna.

This thesis deals with the topic survey of the competitiveness of a transport company, which focuses on the truck transport. In the beginning part are defined elements of small companies, competition and competitiveness, then there will be characterized procedures and methods for analysis of the external and internal business environment. In the next part is characterized specific transport company and there are processed methods for analysis external and internal business environment, which include Porter´s five competitive forces method, SWOT analysis, financial analysis and Pollak´s method. The aim of the thesis is the survey of the level of the competitiveness of the small company and suggestion for a strategy that ensuring company‘s competitiveness in the future.
