Náhrada vysokotlakého bubnu separátorem u nové koncepce ZEVO bez chloridové koroze

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the design and optimization of key components in waste-to-energy (ZEVO) systems. It includes a review of current ZEVO technologies in the Czech Republic, with an emphasis on the issue of chloride corrosion. The work covers the following technical calculations and designs: Strength calculations for the steam drum and accumulation tank. Calculations of heat exchange surfaces and internal volume for the condensation superheaters (VT, ST, NT). Hydraulic calculations for the accumulation tank and pipe sizing. Design of control valves and feed piping. Calculations and design of dimensions for the expanders (VT, ST, NT) and the high-pressure separator. Layout design for the placement of technological units and drawing documentation for the low-pressure, medium-pressure, and high-pressure expanders as well as the high-pressure separator. The thesis also includes the preparation of drawing documentation that covers all key components, their placement within the ZEVO system, and includes the high-pressure separator.
