Otočný stůl s pohonem

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukcí otočného stolu s pohonem jako doplňkové příslušenství k dopravníkům. V úvodu je popsán aktuální využití otočných stolů v průmyslu a rozdělení hlavních části otočného stolu. Na základě použití otočného stolu byly sepsaný požadavky, dle kterých byly navrženy jednotlivé varianty. Podle zvolených kritérií byla vybraná optimální varianta. Ta byla podrobně zpracování a pro jednotlivé součásti byly provedeny kontrolní výpočty. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je kompletní výkresová dokumentace připravenou pro výrobu otočného stolu.

Bachelor thesis deals with the construction a rotary table with drive as an option for conveyors. In the introduction describes the current use of rotary tables in the industry and the distribution of the main part of the rotary table. Based on the use of rotary table was drafted requirements, which were designed according to the individual variants. Depending on the selected criteria, was chosen the optimal option. It was a detailed elaboration and for the individual components were made control calculations. The result of this work is complete drawings ready for production rotary table.
